In fourth century China, there was war between feudal Northern Wei and Southern Liang dynasties. The Liang commander general, Lin Xie, his 19-year-old son, Lin Shu, and the Chiyan Army defeated hostile Wei forces. However, when the Chiyan were weakened from the battle, they were massacred under the Emperor’s orders. Unknown to the king, the Chiyan were framed by political rivals, who claimed that they were conspiring a rebellion with the then-crown prince, Prince Qi. As a result, Prince Qi and members of the Lin manor were also unjustly executed, with Qi’s mother, Consort Chen, and Lin Shu’s mother, committing suicide. ~ Credit: Wikipedia
In the last five years or so lip tints have become a staple in any cosmetic brand’s collection. Gone are the days where you would have to dap your lipstick just for a flush of colour as a coloured lip balm usually just did nothing but moisturise your lips.
Anyone into Asian makeup trends will know that lip tints are usually the key to the gradient lip look. This hit trend started off in South Korea and has now become a iconic look for Asian females. Why? Because it just looks so pretty and effortless. Sometimes we just don’t want to wear a full lip of colour.
The story is about a student named Nagai Kei, who discovers he is an immortal “Ajin” when he is hit by a truck. He becomes a wanted person because the Ajins are considered criminals and the only person who is there to support him is his best friend, Kaito. ~ Credit: Wikipedia.com
How have I not come across this in the manga format before???????
Any avid Kpop/Kdrama or just general K-Entertainment fan will know that Korean A-lister Lee Seunggi이승기 will be enlisting into military on 1st February 2016….. O____O OMG!!! *fan girls SCREAAAAAMMM* (for those who are not too sure, all Korean males at some point in the lives (between the ages of 18-35) will have to service at least 21 months of military service).
Hey guys! So it’s been a while since I’ve done a drama review or what I call my ‘First Look‘ corner, which is just to introduce you to what I dramas I have been watching or have watched and LOVED (or really enjoyed)!!
YOOSHHHHHHH ITS BACK!!!!!
Back in 2014 I wrote about a new sporting anime that was coming out called Haikyuu and I’m smiling widely writing this blog to say that a second season is OUT!! Yes that’s right the first episode has already aired!! I’ve read about the new of it some time ago but just forgot to blog about it.
I’ve realised that I have rarely blogged about any anime or manga…. and that’s strange considering that it’s such a big part of my LIFE!!! I’m a self proclaim ‘Otaku’, I loveeeee my anime and manga!! Ok so in the last five years I have kinda stopped watching anime, well its more accurate to say I only watch ones that strongly interest me! However I read a TON of manga… nothing better than my imagination to visualise it!
It’s a lot of empties isn’t it?? Just to be clear these empties I have collected for a while as there is no point in writing a post for just one empty, used up product.
SBS’s new Wednesday – Thursday primetime drama is the highly anticipated ‘Pinocchio’ starring ‘Lee Jong Suk & Park Shin Hye’. These two are among South Korea’s hottest young actors and actresses and I’m not just talking about looks.
So today releases some official movie posters for Shingeki no Kyojin 進撃の巨人 (for those who still do not know what Shingeki is that would be Attack on Titan, I call it using the Japanese name) which also helps place some of the confirmed actors and actresses with the roles that they will be playing.
